Week 46: a time that belongs nowhere

a view

Sunday, February 22
I talked with my mom until after midnight.

bamboo trees

Tuesday, February 24
I haven’t felt like writing in English these days. English pushes me to be extroverted and straightforward, and I don’t want that right now. I want to dive deeper into my thoughts with our introverted, connotative language.

at the bakery

Thursday, February 26
A pair of pigeons were perched in the tree. Probably the same couple that made a nest last year. Winter will be over soon.

plum tree blossom

Friday, February 27
I woke up early and took a walk to the convenience store. The plum trees were already blossoming, and they smelled good.

shrine

Saturday, February 28
I didn’t do much. I didn’t move much. But I’ve been doing a lot of thinking in the background.

This week’s track
mouse on the keys – 最後の晩餐 (saigo no bansan)
(Follow the drum line. It’s such a fun ride.)
