Letter #10: Between R and L
Endless Fallen leaves
I’m busy raking up fallen leaves these days. No matter how much I do it, new fallen leaves are waiting for the next day. It’s a useful task when I have something to think about or calm my nerves, but I feel a slight sense of desperation when the wind blows just before I finish raking.

What is your current state of mind?
Restless. I need to finish writing this in less than 1 hour.
What are you snacking right now?
MUJI’s yogurt chocolate raisins. It’s so good, I don’t understand.
What are you listening right now?
“Ça, c’est Paris !” by Bertrand Burgalat. This would have been perfect for the major sports event taken place in Paris this summer.
What do you consider the most overrated virtue?
Intelligence.
What do you consider the most underrated virtue?
Kindness.
If you were leader for a day, what one thing would you change?
Establish a global offline day. A whole day. Every month.
What is the quality you most like in a man?
Big heart, sense of humor, ability to take action, ability to open a tight jar
What is the quality you most like in a woman?
Compassion, resilience, flexibility, ability to open a tight jar
What is your greatest regret?
Not trying or doing something because I was scared of being mocked or emotionally hurt. This self-restraint has hurt me the most.
What’s on your mind right now?
I need to buy eggs tomorrow.
