Friday, September 5
In the past week, I spent most of the time in my bed. It took three days to get rid of the high fever, and it took about a week to get rid of the dizziness. My brain is still foggy, and I still can’t taste things properly. I don’t have a sore throat, but my voice has gotten lower. So low that I tried to sing along to Mark William Lewis’ song, and it worked.
Monday, September 8
I put the mask back on.
Tuesday, September 9
One of my favorite bakeries had moved to a different city. And that means they will become different shops sooner or later, because bakeries are in sync with the neighborhood atmosphere. I loved their croissant. I’ve been looking around for alternatives for a while, but lately I’ve found that the nearby supermarket sells not-bad croissants. Actually, it’s pretty good.
Wednesday, September 10
I was feeling down, so I went to the large stationery shop and bought notebooks. A new notebook always lifts me up.
Friday, September 12
I went to a grape vineyard to buy muscat.
Saturday, September 13
Early morning, making dangos, black formal, hot coffee, highway, Totoro, known city, new place, known emotion, new face, tears. Why did we need to say nice to meet you in this way?
